Noy Parungao is the most outstanding farmer in San Isidro, San Simon, Pampanga. He maximize the use of his farmland by planting different crops like eggplants, papayas, okra, and palay.The variety of papaya he planted originated from the Aeta, roaming the highlands of Mount Pinatubo.
Noy is now using BPN on his palay as well as the other crops. For this summer, he ordered 20 gallons of BPN to be used to his riceland.
